at the forefront? If so, consider joining our team. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team at a busy private dental office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires proficiency in dental software systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.
Responsiblities are as follows:
Maintain a professional, orderly, and clean workstation Ensure the dental practice operates efficiently and effectively by acting as the primary point of contact for patients Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes Verify insurance coverage and collect any necessary co-payments or other fees along with discussing payment plan options Schedule appointments and manage the schedule to optimize patient flow Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plan options, procedures, and follow-up care Provide administrative support by managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence Assist in the coordination of patient referrals to specialists as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental setting Dental software experience, such as Open Dental is highly desirable

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
