Full-Time and Part-Time Available Job Summary:

Marvin and Betty Danto Health Care Center, a Preferred Care Michigan company, is seeking a part-time, afternoon Receptionist and every other weekend to direct visitors, phone calls, and perform clerical support. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent community members' care information, ensuring community members' safety, and presenting a positive image of the facility to all customers.

Responsibilities:

Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent community members' care information to assure community members' rights are protected Assure community members' safety Greet and give directions/information to visitors, guests, community members, sales representatives, etc. Maintain a current file of residents by name and room number, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel, etc. Present a positive image of the facility to all customers, such as job applicants, families, and the community Maintain the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations Other duties as assigned
