Front Desk Receptionist

Leonardo's Marble & Granite is looking to fill the reception position for our front desk. We believe this is one of the most important positions in our company. It is the first face our clients see when they walk in the door! Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to multi-task. Computer skills are a must. This position requires you to be organized and able to speak & greet people pleasantly every day. Must be able to work 5 days a week which inlcudes Saturday 10am-2pm

Full Time Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Professionally answering phones / directing calls Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a cordial and friendly manner Providing administrative & showroom support Scheduling & confirming appointments Maintaining office filing system Database input, spreadsheets, filing, process incoming and outgoing mail Maintaining the neatness of the reception area to provide a positive image to clients and visitors Assisting with Office Management Miscellaneous tasks as required Job Requirements

• Have a professional appearance and reliable transportation
