Automotive Dealership Position Title:
Receptionist Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. The ideal candidate has a bubbly personality, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. This individual will greet customers in person and over the phone, provide exceptional customer service, and support dealership operations through administrative and clerical duties. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors upon arrival. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain a positive first impression for all dealership guests. Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department or team member. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Provide administrative support to sales, service, and management teams as needed. Schedule appointments and maintain customer records. Assist with data entry, filing, and other office tasks. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people. Strong telephone etiquette and professional appearance. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs. Dependable, punctual, and team oriented. Desired Traits Outgoing and bubbly personality. Comfortable engaging with customers both in person and on the phone. Customer focused mindset. Professional and courteous demeanor. Strong attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and friendly during busy periods.
