Receptionist Schedule:
Every Tuesday 4:30pm-7:30pm, Every other Thursday and Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm, Every other weekend 2:30pm-6:30pm
Pay Range:
$16.87 - $22.89 per hour (based on experience) •Same Day Pay Available•

Experience Required:

The Difference You'll Make Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments as needed Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners Demonstrate strong customer service skills while supporting a positive community experience
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
Minimum one year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors in a variety of situations Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic typing skills (approximately 30-35 words per minute) Rewards That Support You Competitive pay with credit for experience Medical, Dental, Vision (60+ hrs. per pay period)
