Receptionist Currently Available Schedules and Shifts:
41 Hours per two-week pay period
Every Thursday and Friday 9:00am
4:30pm,
Every other Saturday and Sunday 8:30am
2:30pm
Pay Range:
$16.87
$22.89 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make As a Receptionist at our facility in Brooklyn Park , MN, you will be first point of contact to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and residents.
You will help guide guests to where they are looking to go and be the go-to person for answering questions. If you have a passion for working with seniors and take pride in creating a warm, supportive environment, we would love to have you on our team.
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members
Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests
Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments as needed
Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities
Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners
Demonstrate strong customer service skills while supporting a positive community experience Minimum Qualifications
Minimum one year of receptionist , customer service, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors in a variety of situations
Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic typing skills (approximately 30-35 words per minute) Preferred Qualifications
