Job Description
HealthSource Chiropractic is seeking a Team member who values health and wellness, and has a passion for helping other people improve their lives through healthcare. We are an upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love. If you are energetic, friendly, fun, purpose-driven, motivated, enjoy working as part of a team, and like to be around people; then we should talk! You will be involved in many of the systems that make the office run, so being able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple processes over the course of the day, phone skills, computer knowledge, and people interaction skills will all be important in this job. Basic tasks will include the areas of the practice that involve promotional communication, helping patients in all aspects of their care, customer service, handling finances, and direct patient care in the rehab area. Primary Duties include but are not limited to: Patient administration including front desk clerical duties such as checking patients in, scheduling patients, answering phones, managing patient accounts, etc. Calling on patient insurance benefits and relaying those benefits to patients Helping other team members assisting and instructing patients in rehabilitation protocols. Being a willing helper to all team members with any additional needs
