Magnolia Animal Hospital is searching for full-time Veterinary Client Service Representatives (VCSR) to join our growing team in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Small, collaborative team where everyone is valued Opportunity for professional growth as our hospital continues to expand What You'll Do Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include: Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Processing payments and reviewing invoices Maintaining accurate medical records Helping prioritize urgent phone calls appropriately Communicating clearly with clients regarding appointments and patient care Coordinating with doctors and technicians throughout the day Keeping the reception area welcoming, clean, and organized Supporting teammates wherever needed We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves building relationships with people and their pets Stays calm and positive during busy days Is naturally organized and detail-oriented Enjoys multitasking without feeling overwhelmed Takes initiative instead of waiting to be asked Has outstanding communication and customer service skills Believes kindness, compassion, and teamwork matter Veterinary or medical reception experience preferred Experience with appointment scheduling and multi-line phones Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
Pay & Benefits Starting Pay:
