We run on cloud-based software, digital workflows, and a small, tight team, which means your work is visible, your input matters, and your days run smoothly instead of chaotically. The Role You are the in-person anchor of our front office: the first face patients see and the person who keeps the daily schedule, phones, and payments moving. You'll work alongside the dentist and clinical team on-site. What You'll Do (Not an Exhaustive List) Welcome patients, manage check-in and check-out, and set the tone for the office Handle calls and patient text messaging. Keep the daily schedule full and efficient Present treatment costs and copay estimates, collect payments at time of service, and communicate our financial policies clearly and kindly Coordinate with our remote insurance coordinator so eligibility and estimates are confirmed before patients arrive Update patient records, process payments, and review daily reports in our practice management software What We're Looking For Dental or medical front office experience strongly preferred Comfortable with technology: cloud software, digital phones, and learning new systems quickly Experience with any dental practice management software is a plus Working knowledge of dental insurance and confidence discussing costs with patients Warm, professional communicator who can hold a policy line without losing the relationship Self-starter who can run the front desk independently
