Job Description
We are looking for someone friendly and energetic to add to our front desk team! We would prefer someone with at least a year of hotel experience or at least 2 years of customer service experience. Willing to provide training to the right candidate. Please pick up an application at the hotel at 514 Gateway Drive NE in East Grand Forks. Applicants who apply in person will be top priority. We will contact applications on here through messaging. We are currently looking for a combination of the afternoon shift which is from 3 pm to 11 pm and night audit shifts which is 11 pm to 7 am. We are flexible with class schedules during the week. But currently we are looking to hire for 3-4 shifts a week.
- Handling Reservations (creating, cancelling, modifying)
- Interacting and Assisting Guests
- Answering phones
- Completing a daily checklist with tasks all shifts complete
- Various other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager.
- Assisting with laundry (folding towels and sheets)
- Maintaining and executing Marriott brand standard Please keep in mind that this position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time, therefore we would ask that you take this into consideration when decided whether or not this would be a fitting position for you.
