Muddy Paws Resort is a busy boarding, grooming, daycare and training facility seeking an additional Office Coordinator to join our energetic team! We are looking for an organized, multi-tasker who will enjoy the challenge of keeping up with our busy office and thrive in offering exceptional customer service. This is an ideal job for someone who has a bubbly, likable personality is extremely detail orientated can handle busy situations calmly and effectively has hands on experience working with dogs has a background in administrative type tasks exceeds in customer service & communication skills is generally be computer savvy has professional writing skills for responding to emails, messages, etc. enjoys working in a team atmosphere This part time position would be approximately 30-35 hours per week. Schedule would be Monday thru Friday mornings from 7AM until early afternoon (1-2PMish). Responsibilities will include managing customer check-ins and outs, answering phone calls & emails, making reservations & appointments, maintaining customer files, handling boisterous dogs on leash moving through our building, and assorted miscellaneous tasks. Hourly wages based on previous related experiences.
