Lakeland Mental Health Center, Fergus Falls, MN, has a full-time Receptionist position available. Duties of this position include computerized appointment registration and scheduling, operating a multi-line phone system, and providing clerical support to staff. Applicants must have one-year certificate from college or technical school, or one-year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Exceptional customer service skills required; insurance knowledge preferred.
