In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointments, sales, and salon operations. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in Schedule appointments efficiently using salon management software, accommodating client preferences and availability Promote salon services and products through upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all salon areas, including tanning beds, chairs, and retail displays Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Provide information about different tanning options, safety guidelines, and aftercare to ensure clients have a safe experience Manage client records confidentially and update profiles as needed to track preferences and service history Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential Knowledge of sanitation protocols within a wellness or beauty environment is a plus but can be learned on the job Strong communication skills with the ability to explain services clearly and confidently Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during busy periods A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences and supporting team goals •This would be for the day time shift, (M, Thurs & Fri 10-3pm).
