Are you a friendly, organized people person who enjoys helping others? McDonald Eye Care Associates is looking for a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our practice. We're a busy, patient-focused optometry practice that values exceptional customer service and teamwork. While previous medical or optical experience is a plus, we're happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow. What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude Check patients in and out efficiently Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls Verify insurance information and collect payments Help keep the front desk running smoothly throughout the day Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience What We're Looking For A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for helping people Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, motivated, and a team player Why Join McDonald Eye Care Associates?
