WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet and Welcome :
Warmly welcome our clients and visitors to our location and ensure they get to the appropriate person.
Respond and Assist :
Respond to questions from internal and external customers and assist them in a professional and helpful manner. Make our
First Impression Inviting :
Keep our reception area clean, organized and safe for a comfortable waiting place for our customers.
Schedule Resources:
Oversee the scheduling of our conference rooms and agency vehicles and assist staff with various office tasks.
SKILLS TO WOW US
Stellar communication skills•you can chat with agency staff, contractors, and community members like a pro. Tech-savvy to handle most computer tasks with ease. Great at juggling priorities, meeting deadlines and keeping the details organized. Professional and Polished•you demonstrate resourcefulness, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED Three (3) years of experience OR a mix of education and experience that fits the bill. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bilingual verbal and written•a plus! (English as primary with Spanish or Somali as secondary.)

Salary range of $16.41•$24.90/hour•plus benefits! Full-time (40 hours per week), 12-Month Position Opportunities to grow, learn, & make a lasting impact!
