Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of relevant clerical experience Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Computer experience to include word processing and data entry Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Monitor and log visitors for Early Learning, direct them to their destination, and contact proper program to announce the guest's arrival if an escort is necessary Administer visitor badges in accordance with the visitor procedure Monitor security camera(s) and grant access to the building Accept courier deliveries and contact proper program for pick-up Assist visitors in locating designated meetings using the District email system's calendar Maintain the program's shared copy machine, order copy paper, and schedule service calls as needed Greet program participants and assist with the registration process Assist Early Childhood Special Education Assessment in reminder phone calls/emails for appointments Prepare packets, mailings, and billings Other clerical duties as assigned (data entry, envelope stuffing, labeling, collating, sorting, alphabetizing, etc.) Independent School District No, 622, North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale, does not discriminated on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity.
