Job description: A Rochester financial planning / accounting firm is looking for a talented full time Office Coordinator/Receptionist to provide client service and clerical support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and have the ability to work both independently and with a team approach. Position requires a candidate to have exceptional communication skills and provide a confidential working relationship with clients. Job Responsibilities Ensure clients receive excellent client service Support in scheduling appointments/meetings and in managing calendar. Cash handling and client checkout Maintaining a filing system and keeping system up to date Organize office operations and procedures Regulating clerical and secretarial functions Maintain office correspondence Attention to detail and confidentiality of sensitive data Assemble materials and documents as necessary to complete special reports or assignments. Ensuring adequate office supplies & equipment Education and Experience Some education and experience preferred but will train the right person.
