This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping with check-in, scheduling, and general questions. Front Desk Receptionist:
Welcome patients and visitors with friendly, professional customer service Assist with check-in, appointments, and general questions Coordinate scheduling and communicate appointment details clearly Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain accurate records and update patient information Manage paperwork, forms, and administrative details Ensure patients receive clear information and follow-up instructions Support daily office operations to keep the front desk running smoothly What We're Looking For in aFront Desk Receptionist:
