At Orchard Eye Clinic, we take great care of people, both our patients and our team. We are a locally owned eye clinic in Bolivar, Missouri, looking for a warm, dependable, genuinely caring person to be the face of our clinic. You are the first person our patients see when they walk in, and you set the tone for their whole visit. The right person for this job is unshakeably friendly, kind, and patient. Someone who stays calm and warm even on a busy day, and who makes every patient feel welcomed and cared for. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and check them in for their appointments Coordinate insurance benefits so patients know what to expect before their visit Schedule appointments and manage the daily flow of the calendar Answer phones and call patients with reminders and follow-ups Collect payments and explain costs kindly and clearly Enter information accurately into our electronic health record system Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming Support the clinical and optical teams as needed What We're Looking For Unshakeably friendly, warm, and kind Patient and calm, even when the day gets busy Dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Professional in communication, appearance, and attitude A team player who is respectful of patient privacy Previous front desk, healthcare, insurance, or customer service experience is a nice bonus, but not required. We care most about attitude, work ethic, and fit with our team.
