Full Job Description Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Part Time Front Desk Admin (Temp) to join a client's team in Columbia, MO. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and administrative support. The role is scheduled for Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering an hourly wage of $17.00. An ASAP start is preferred, contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.Responsibilities:
Welcome, greet, and sign in visitors and guests while notifying appropriate personnel of client arrivals and appointments. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Provide general administrative support for daily office operations and assigned projects. Maintain professional phone coverage and assist with routine office functions. Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Coordinate and schedule office and conference room reservations. Keep kitchen and common areas clean, organized, and presentable. Assist with various clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and front office/reception experience. Experience answering phones and effectively responding to customer inquiries. Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain flexible, professional, and calm in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and multi-line telephone systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and business casual attire required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00PM Benefits:
The position offers a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour.
