Our office has two locations, one in Creve Coeur and one in South County and all the staff are required to go back and forth between the two locations. Responsibilities include welcoming patients on arrival, verifying patient demographics and insurance coverage, scanning medical documents, collecting patient copays, and other clerical tasks. Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday and a half-day Saturday rotation. Requires a professional appearance, a friendly personality, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Epic experience, previous medical office experience or similar customer-service experience preferred.
