Job Description

Headquarters based in St Charles Missouri, we currently have 34 offices across Illinois and Missouri. We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our Ellisville and Chesterfield locations . The receptionist provides prompt, courteous service to our patients both in person and on the phone. The starting pay is $16 - $18 an hour depending on experience , with a monthly bonus and opportunities for advancement after the first 90 days Ensure high-quality customer service Monday through Friday Answer, screen incoming calls Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain chart notes in our computer system Suno Calling to obtain updated insurance benefits on patients Check on status and checking in orders and notify patients when orders are in Maintain office cleanliness and organization File all patient records daily and pull and prepare files for the next day's appointments Contact patients who are due for their maintenance appointments Communicate verbally and email between Specialist and other staff members on patient details Answering multiple line phone Qualifications Ability to use a computer; Gmail, Google Docs, Word, Excel The ability to learn new computer software Excellent organizational skills Experience as a Receptionist is preferred Experience handling multiple phone lines Professional attitude and appearance Strong customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to problem-solve Be detail-oriented Strong Multitasking Our application process will include both phone and zoom interviews.
