Summary Gray Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk in or call our office. This position involves a mix of administrative support and customer service, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our small, tight-knit team to ensure the office runs smoothly and patients feel cared for and respected. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage patient communications (phone calls, emails, online chats, etc.) and handle patient inquiries effectively. Monitor and maintain patient charts. Prepare forms for patients prior to their visit. Assist with collecting patient balances. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients. Assist in other departments when needed Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with Windows 11 and basic office software. Willing to embrace a holistic health philosophy and be willing to explain to patients how chiropractic medicine fits into that philosophy. Office hours are Monday
- Thursday, 8:30am
- 6:00pm. Lunch break is 1:00pm
- 2:30pm.
