You'll be someone who is naturally friendly, communicates well and can deal confidently with visitors, clients and colleagues. You don't need to be overly formal, but you should know how to make a good first impression and stay organised when the office gets busy. Previous reception experience is useful, although customer service, hospitality or other people-facing experience can also be a good fit. The Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Daytime working hours No weekends Paid training During the Day Welcome visitors and clients Answer and direct incoming calls Manage appointments and meeting rooms Respond to general enquiries Receive post, packages and deliveries Keep the reception area organised Help coordinate office calendars Assist with basic administration and records Monitor office and reception supplies What We Need From You Confident and clear communication Friendly and professional with visitors Reliable attendance and punctuality Good organisation and attention to detail Comfortable using basic office systems Able to manage several tasks during busier periods Experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or in customer service is helpful, but training will be provided.
