Job Description

Massage Studio of Kansas City is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist (Evening/Closing Shift) to join our team. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who thrives with independence, takes ownership of their shift, and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. Total:
35 hours/week) Paid weekly! 60% off services Responsibilities Greet clients and assist with the check-in and checkout process Provide friendly, professional customer service and communication to clients and staff Book, organize, and coordinate appointments Help maintain a clean, stocked , organized, and relaxing spa environment Support massage therapists by setting up add-on supplies and cleaning add-on tools Confirm appointments and assist with client follow-up Help rebook and promote rebooking offers to clients Light appointment notes + documentation + appointment review Follow studio policies and procedures to maintain a smooth daily operations Qualifications Experience as a receptionist, manager, administrative assistant, or front desk role (spa, salon, hotel, doctor's office, or similar hospitality/service setting) preferred — comfortable answering phones, managing a schedule, and communicating professionally with clients Experience with booking or scheduling softwares — comfortable operating booking/scheduling technology Confident enforcing company policies and procedures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask Strong self-motivation and consistency, especially during quiet periods with little client traffic — able to stay on task and keep the space running without direct supervision Reliable attendance is essential Uniform required (all-black, provided guidelines); professional appearance standards enforced daily Available to cover shifts as needed
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.50 per hour
