Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the Florida Pool team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for customers calling in to schedule service calls. You'll also assist in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional administrative support. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient office workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fun and fast paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk activities with professionalism and enthusiasm Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage technician appointments Order equipment and supplies from distributor Utilize scheduling software to book service calls Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases Support office management duties such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing supplies Assist with client communication, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or in person Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Requirements Proven clerical experience or office experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Technical proficiency with computer literacy including typing speed, proofreading, and file management Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills for front desk interactions and client support Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will shine! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
