Overview We are seeking reliable and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team by providing exceptional guest services at our dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in organization, communication and teamwork. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills while contributing to a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage a multi-line phone system efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette. Page employees and take clear messages. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Keep the front desk area clean, welcoming, and stocked with needed supplies. Support administrative tasks like proofreading documents, filing and basic data entry. Close out repair orders and finalize parts or service bills. Process payments using cash, checks, and credit cards. Count and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift. (
