Front Desk Associate- Guest Relations

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and reservation software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details in compliance with spa policies. Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest needs are promptly met. Promote spa amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong knowledge of online booking software, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally. Familiarity with guest relations strategies to foster positive experiences and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to manage night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of spa operations, hospitality standards, and guest services best practices is highly desirable.
