Job Description
We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Missouri. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, handling communications efficiently, and keeping administrative tasks on track. The successful candidate will provide courteous service to visitors and callers while helping maintain accurate records and smooth office workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors promptly and create a friendly and attentive experience from arrival through check-in.
- Handle incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, direct messages accurately, and connect callers with the appropriate team members.
- Respond to routine questions and address customer concerns with patience, care, and sound judgment.
- Record details from customer interactions and update client information in Excel-based files with accuracy and consistency.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities such as organizing documents, filing records, and making photocopies as needed.
- Keep the reception area orderly and presentable to ensure a positive environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with basic office coordination tasks that help maintain efficient front-office operations.
