As our Receptionist, you are the first reassuring voice and smile at the hospital —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours. How You Will Make a Difference Answer multi‑line phones; greet visitors; manage check‑in and badges per policy. Coordinate visitor schedules with nursing and security; uphold privacy and safety. Handle mail, scanning, and basic EMR and scheduling tasks. Maintain a calm lobby environment, even during busy times. Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. What We're Looking For Healthcare front desk experience preferred; excellent customer service skills. Computer proficiency and attention to detail. Professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
