For additional information please visit ollisakersarney.com. We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist. This position is fully onsite at our front desk in our Springfield, Missouri location and responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to those who call and visit the agency. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with individuals of all backgrounds, have reliable attendance, and have prior experience as a receptionist. Duties of the position include utilizing a multi-line phone system to answer and direct telephone calls to appropriate agency personnel for multiple agency locations, and provide expert guidance and education to staff regarding our Ring Central phone system capabilities. The position will greet visitors, provide hospitality, oversee conference room scheduling, and provide excellence in customer service. The role will perform clerical duties such as assisting with incoming and outgoing mail and faxes and office supplies, preparation of documents and statements as required, and performing office opening and closing procedures.
