Veterinary Receptionist -

AAHA Accredited Veterinary Clinic We are a dynamic, growing AAHA-accredited veterinary practice in Warrensburg, seeking a dedicated and experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team. Our clinic is known for its supportive atmosphere, and we are looking to expand our team with a motivated, detail-oriented professional. As a key member of our practice, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional service and care for our patients and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage patient records Ensure smooth clinic operations by effectively managing patient flow Collaborate as part of a team while demonstrating the ability to work independently
Qualifications:
1 year previous experience in a veterinary clinic setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude This is a full-time position, including some weekend hours, with competitive compensation based on experience.
