Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our showroom. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency will help create a professional and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization Answer the phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining records Support sales management activities such as supply ordering, filing systems, and document proofreading Assist with client communication via email and phone, providing excellent customer support and support for inquiries Perform general clerical duties including word processing, typing reports, and maintaining organized files Experience Proven office experience with familiarity in front desk operations and administrative support Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Experience managing phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or client communication roles is highly desirable Technical proficiency in office management tools such as QuickBooks or spreadsheets enhances effectiveness Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets efficiency! Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
