Job Description

Overview We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Staff member. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced office, and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities As our Front Office Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients.
Daily responsibilities include:
Greet clients with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments for insurance agents. Assist walk-in clients and answer general questions. Scan, file, and organize client documents. Prepare paperwork for appointments. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with basic policy service requests. Maintain accurate client records. Help keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming. Support agents and other staff with administrative tasks. Maintain the confidentiality of client information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email. Ability to learn new software and office procedures. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a willingness to help others. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an office or administrative setting. Experience working with the public. Insurance experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys working with people.
