Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, patients, and staff. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will ensure smooth office functioning, from scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, to managing correspondence. Duties Greet visitors professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling for patients Verify medical and vision insurance Assist with office tasks such as supply inventory (contacts), document organization, and faxing Support patient communication efforts by providing timely information and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Experience Proven clerical experience in an office environment with a strong background in front desk or reception duties Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support in person or over the phone Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping.
