With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Runner that will be based at our corporate headquarters location in Richland, Mississippi. This will be an on-site position.

Key Job Functions:

Greet visitors and answer phone calls from the receptionist desk Filing and providing general clerical support, and document handling. Daily post office runs, bank deposits and truck title pickup. Aiding with any projects as requested.

Requirements:

Must be able to exercise exceptional phone etiquette Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license Must be able to take initiative, be detail oriented, and work under little supervision. We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, and dependable.
