Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and organizational abilities to create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Handle data entry tasks with precision using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to support office operations. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients. Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Requirements Proven clerical or office experience with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry procedures. Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in front desk roles such as medical receptionist or administrative assistant is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping.
