Duties Greet visitors, residents, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle scheduling tasks such as transportation scheduling. Maintain a tidy reception area, ensure all office equipment is functional, and support clerical tasks like copying, faxing, and filing Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and calendar management Knowledge of office procedures along with technical proficiency in computer skills such as typing and document processing Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; personal assistant experience is also valuable Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly face that sets the tone for our organization!
