Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create a smooth and professional front office experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills and support our team's success. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy Use productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and schedules Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or medical/dental offices as needed Support office management tasks including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Provide clerical support such as copying, scanning, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry tools Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and filing tasks Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Previous experience in front desk operations within medical or dental settings is advantageous but not required Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and technical skills make a real difference!
