This is a patient-facing, revenue-focused position, not a traditional receptionist role. The Coordinator is responsible for keeping provider schedules full, promptly converting patient inquiries into appointments, filling cancellations, encouraging rebooking, supporting patient retention, promoting retail products, maintaining inventory, and serving as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
