Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Answer phones, communicate with clients and direct calls accordingly
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Clio Software System is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
