What You'll Be Doing As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll help ensure every client has an exceptional experience while supporting and leading our Client Service Representative team.
Responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting our reception team Helping train new team members and encouraging continued growth Providing exceptional customer service during every client interaction Assisting with scheduling, appointment flow, and front desk efficiency Managing incoming calls, emails, and client communications Addressing client concerns professionally and helping resolve issues Working closely with doctors, technicians, and hospital leadership to keep the day running smoothly Assisting with administrative duties and helping improve hospital workflows Creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate environment for clients and patients No two days are ever the same, and you'll play an important role in helping our hospital succeed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and excited to lead by example.
Our ideal candidate has:
At least two years of veterinary receptionist experience (required) Previous leadership, supervisory, or training experience (preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Excellent attention to detail A team-first mindset with a passion for mentoring others Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships—with clients, coworkers, and their pets.
