This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to handle diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities
•Various specific and general office start-up tasks
• as assigned by Leadership Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism Manage phone system, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members Perform data entry tasks accurately using Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and EMR software Maintain organized records, files, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance. Handle calendar management and scheduling for meetings or appointments efficiently. Support office management duties including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks when necessary. Provide customer support via phone or in person, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate front desk activities to ensure a seamless flow of daily operations. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing. Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot basic computer issues or assist with office technology needs. Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is required. Demonstrated proficiency with Google Drive and familiarity with data entry. Experience working with phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Knowledge of spreadsheets or accounting software (such as QuickBooks) is recommended for handling basic bookkeeping tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and proper phone etiquette. Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including typing speed, proofreading, and general office technology use. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
