Front Desk Receptionist

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and professional experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting administrative projects Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Join us as a Front Desk Clerk to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!

Pay:
