What You'll Do:
Be theWarm Welcome :
Greet patients with a smile, answer their questions, and make sure they feel right at home. You'll be the go-to person for any concerns, making their experience smooth and stress-free.Master of Schedules :
Keep our day running like clockwork by managing appointments, ensuring follow-ups are booked, and staying on top of patient care needs. Guide theWay :
Discuss treatment plans, insurance details, and payment options with patients, ensuring they understand every step of their dental journey. Prep forSuccess :
Make sure everything is ready before each appointment, from paperwork to lab results, so our team can focus on what they do best- caring for our patients.
Team :
Assist with administrative tasks, update patient records, and help with whatever else comes up, because teamwork makes the dream work!What We're Looking For:
Experience with OpenDental (preferred) A background in dental care (2+ years required) Experience with Dental Insurance- understanding insurance benefits, sending claims, and handling denials (required) Experience with the Veteran Affairs (preferred) Top-notch communication and multitasking skills
