Job Description
Job Summary Most Monday's -Wed 2-5:30pm Tooth By Tooth Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You'll be one of the first people our patients and families interact with, so we're looking for someone who is warm, professional, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, is comfortable with technology, and can keep things moving in a busy orthodontic office. Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out and help maintain an efficient patient flow Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email Maintain accurate patient information and records Assist with new-patient scheduling and general front-office needs Keep the reception and front-desk areas organized and welcoming Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Help with general administrative tasks and office projects as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable talking with patients and parents Excellent communication and phone skills Dependable and punctual Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Confident using computers and learning new software Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Professional appearance and demeanor Previous dental, orthodontic, medical, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
