With different teams working from the office and regular client activity throughout the week, we're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to become a permanent part of the team. This is a full-time, weekday position for someone who is naturally friendly, well organised and comfortable working in a professional office without everything feeling overly formal.

Provided when you start You'll have responsibility for keeping the front of the office running properly during the day.This includes:
Greeting clients, visitors and scheduled appointments Managing the visitor sign-in process Answering the main office telephone Taking messages and directing calls Keeping track of meeting room bookings Receiving deliveries and incoming mail Monitoring general office enquiries Keeping reception and meeting spaces presentable Helping with basic admin, printing and data entry The Person We Need You don't need to be overly corporate. A warm welcome, good manners and the confidence to speak with different people are much more important. You'll also need to be dependable, comfortable using a computer and good at keeping track of the smaller details when reception gets busy.
