Job Description
Education, Training and Experience:
Must hold a High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Possess excellent telephone skills.
Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters
Possess some computer skills
Possess and demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those connected in the course of work
Be able to perform all of the assigned responsibilities for the position
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, write, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
