Job Description

We are looking for a service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support a Financial Services office in Cornelius, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and organized experience while keeping daily front office operations organized. The role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities with ease, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome scheduled visitors and clients, provide a courteous reception experience, and assist with hospitality such as offering beverages upon arrival.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and handling call transfers efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day front desk operations to ensure the reception area remains organized, well-maintained, and ready for guests throughout the day.
  • Support general office administration by monitoring shared supplies, restocking printer materials, and helping maintain essential workplace resources.
  • Assist with incoming mail handling and coordinate distribution tasks as needed in alignment with office procedures.
  • Help maintain common areas by keeping reception spaces, kitchen items, and meeting-related materials neat and presentable.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to support guest arrivals and ensure scheduled visits run smoothly in a structured office setting.
  • Use office technology and internal systems, including contact and call-routing tools, to support accurate communication and front desk efficiency.
