Position:
Front Desk Coordinator The Front Desk Coordinator prepares the patient waiting area daily to receive guests, ensuring a well-functioning and aesthetically positive experience. This role supports clinic by responding to all patient communications, including email, voice messages, and other outlets, in a timely manner.
Duties include:
Notifies patients of any outstanding balances at the time of appointment, securely collecting payments at time of service, maintaining accurate recordkeeping and deposits of all cash transactions. Works to keep our schedules full, seeking opportunities to provide patients with timely appointments, confirming schedules, and contacting 'no-show' patients.
Experience/Skills:
Experience:
1+ year(s) of medical/dental front desk experience or equivalent. Proficiency in Patient Management Software. Experience with Dentrix Ascend, a plus. Strong Communications skills (verbal, written and listening). Excellent interpersonal skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish, helpful.
